| 2 |  | In June 2017 USS destroyer Fitzgerald collided with a cargo ship 10 km from Yokosuka harbor Japan, then in Aug 2017, USS McCain collided with a cargo ship near Singapore harbor, the USN investigation said crews were lack of training. With the modern radars and navigation instruments on board US warships, lack of training is a very poor lie. I discussed these two incidents with retired USN officers in 2019, they all said "Hush, Hush." This was before J-16 and other plane carried electronic warfare pods were available, the electronic warfare equipment were big truck mounted antennas. It only had limited range, for near shore applications. The current new electronic warfare equipment and systems have much farther ranges and can be carried by planes, ships and subs, and be able to make pilots totally lost control of the planes.
